Classic Advent Wreath 2

Advent (from the Latin word adventus meaning "comming") is a season observed in many Western Christian Churches, a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas. It is the beginning of the Western liturgical year and commences on Advent Sunday, called Levavi. The Eastern Churches' equivalent of Advent is called the Nativity Fast.

Five years ago I moved to Rome, Italy. For three years I have worked for two biggest floral designers in the capital. As a daughter of a florist I started to work in the field in the age of 9, that was my first job ever! Flowers were always playing a big role in my life, first years I was just helping my mother at the weekends and feasts, later started to work full time. In the mean time I was studying sculpture in Poland, working as an interior designer in Egypt, painter in Germany and now I am here in Italy playing around with flowers again. I enjoy it a lot and I decided to share my floral posts with you :)
